Blaize, Inc. Announces Approval from NASDAQ to Begin Trading Immediately

BurTech, a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, to become NASDAQ: BZAI effective immediately following the closing of the Business Combination

Blaize, Inc. (“Blaize”), a provider of have purpose-built, artificial intelligence (“AI”) enabled edge computing solutions, today announced that NASDAQ has approved Blaize Holdings, Inc. To begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols “BZAI” and “BZAI.W” on January 14, 2025. This announcement indicates the closing conditions to the Business Combination -- initially announced on December 22, 2023 -- been satisfied and the closing of the Business Combination is expected to occur promptly. The combined company will be renamed "Blaize Holdings, Inc." and its common stock and public warrants are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbols "BZAI" and "BZAI.W," respectively.
