This Privacy Policy also applies to (a) all email and other electronic messages between you and the Company or through Our Sites, and (b) the information provided or collected when you interact with our advertising and our application(s) even if provided through third-party websites and services.

You may also manage your marketing preferences by not providing information to us. However, to the extent that you choose to provide your personal information to us or to a Company client, you may be able to opt out of having your personal information used for certain purposes.
When conducting browser based opt out, it is necessary to perform the opt out activity on each browser or device you which to opt out from Microcaps advertising.
• You may opt out of receiving email communications by utilizing the opt-out mechanism found in each email sent by us or a verified third-party sending emails on our behalf to you. This will remove you from the email list or the website registration list and/or the sponsor of the communication.
• You may reset your advertising ID, see your device settings for how to reset this Ad ID.
• In addition, you may remove the email pixels that may track you and communicate information to us so long as they appear in the image cache of your Internet browser. You may remove the pixels simply by deleting the cache in which the pixel is stored.
• You may delete cookies by opening your browser’s “Internet Options” folder and making the appropriate selections.
• If you are unsure of how to clean your cache or delete cookies, locate the “Help” function in the browser menu. Entering in the search bar “clean cache” and “delete browser cookies” will return instructions specific to your browser.
VI. Security
We have implemented appropriate administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) access credentials for access to certain parts of Our Sites, you are responsible for keeping such credentials confidential. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. We are a U.S. based company. If you are located outside the U.S., any personal information you provide or we collect will be transferred to, stored and otherwise processed in the U.S.

We are committed to and comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States. We have self-certified to the Department of Commerce that we adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles on behalf of itself and its affiliates. If third-party agents process personal data on our behalf in a manner inconsistent with the principles of either Privacy Shield framework, we remain liable unless we prove we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage. IX. Updates
We may update and/or change this Privacy Policy from time to time. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will also notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on Our Sites. The date this Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting Our Sites and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
X. Supervisory Authority
If you are located within the European Union and European Economic Area and you believe that any processing of your personal information infringes the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to lodge complaints with a supervisory authority in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
XI. California Residents
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits individual California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of certain categories of Personal Information to third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes as permitted by this Privacy Policy. To make such a request, please contact us using the information in Section XII below. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year, and we reserve the right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the email or mailing addresses specified below.
