The Best in Brewing Equipment is Making Big Moves

The Equipment Manufacturer Helping The Best Brew Better Beer

The past year has seen an increase in overall beer volume sales, with a particularly strong growth in craft brewer volume sales. In 2021, craft brewers saw an 8% increase in volume sales, leading to a 13.1% share of the U.S. beer market by volume.

But it’s not just volume that’s on the rise – retail dollar sales of craft beer have also increased, reaching a staggering $26.8 billion in 2021. That accounts for nearly 27% of the entire U.S. beer market, which was previously valued at $94 billion

This all leads to a growing need for brewing equipment –  the brewery equipment Industry is projected to reach $25.6 Billion by 2027.

Enter BrewBilt Manufacturing Inc. (OTCPINK:BBRW). BrewBilt is a respected company that has been handcrafting custom breweries and fermentation systems since 2014. With the rise of craft brewing, it’s imperative that brewers have the best equipment, from trusted suppliers. BBRW fills that role, by providing equipment made by brewers, for brewers.

Key Investment Factors

Craft Growth – The craft beer category is growing. Craft brewers saw an 8% increase in volume sales in 2021, as well as an increase in retail sales. Craft beer sales in 2021 hit $26.8 billion, accounting for nearly 27% of the total beer market. Finally (and this is the big one) the brewery equipment Industry is projected to reach $25.6 Billion by 2027. This means as craft brewers grow, they’ll need a trusted, quality source for more equipment. BBRW is perfectly positioned to capitalize on this trend.

Local Love = Widespread Respect – BrewBilt has been helping local craft brewers achieve their goals since 2014, by providing exceptional service and manufacturing. This goodwill can’t be discounted, as the craft community is tight-knit and a good reputation is key. With the successful launch of BrewBilt Brewing, it’s clear that the locals approve of the quality of beer, as well as the quality of the company’s character. People buy from those they know, like, and trust, and BBRW is that brand.

Big Potential – BBRW’s brewing arm is involved in negotiations to expand/ franchise in partnership with a hospitality firm with over 100 unique locations. For a company already boasting a 60% increase in assets and 54% increase in sales yer-over-year, the revenue potential for a franchise agreement could be as big as the hoppy beers they’re known for. That type of expansion would increase name recognition and reputation for the manufacturing arm as it provided equipment across a larger area.

Current Orders – The manufacture of big brewing equipment is no easy endeavor, and without a steady stream of orders a manufacturer is dead in the water. BrewBilt does not have that problem. As of a recent press release, BrewBilt has $1.2M in orders on the floor for Russian River Brewing Company, Dorcol Distilling & Brewing Company, Ghost Town Brewing, Dancing Fox Winery & Brewery, Alibi Ale Works, Ravenna Brewing, and Narrative Fermentations. The company has $12M in standing quotes.

Hopped Up on Growth

The brewery equipment Industry is projected to reach $25.6 Billion by 2027, and BrewBilt  is positioning itself as a major competitor in this growing market.

BrewBilt Manufacturing has expanded its operations to meet the growing demand in the craft brewing industry. The company, which has built a reputation for providing top-of-the-line equipment and expertise to its customers, is seeing steady growth and has recently hired new employees in sales and fabrication.

In a recent press release, Chairman and CEO Jef Lewis said, “We are excited to announce that we have had a successful year with steady growth as we continue to ship new brewhouses to the East Coast and Europe. We have filled several new employee positions in sales and fabrication to accommodate the new market growth, which will allow us to deliver a new brewhouse to Griffon Brewery and Gastropub in Lewiston, New York, and continue new production and fabrication for other customers, such as Ghost Town Brewing in Oakland, California, Dancing Fox Winery & Brewery in Lodi, California, and Mad Finn Brewing Co. in Finland.”

This growth not only benefits the company, but also its shareholders. Lewis continued, “We are working closely with our broker/dealer on plans to move to a higher exchange. With expanding revenue and profitability on the horizon, we will be able to repurchase shares, reduce debenture transactions and implement a dividend program for our shareholders.”

Additionally, BBRW is in talks with a major entertainment and hospitality firm that operates over 100 hotels, restaurants, and lounges to expand their franchise opportunities. The average investment for brewery franchises in the US and Europe ranges from $1,152,900 to $1,895,564, but BrewBilt Manufacturing’s high-quality equipment and Brewing’s craft beer expertise will generate projected revenues of over $175M.

Crafting The Best Through Experience

BrewBilt Manufacturing continues to experience steady growth and has secured new orders from both existing and new customers, such as Longtab Brewing in Texas, Tallman Brewing in Oregon, Sierra Nevada Brewing in Chico, and Ghost Town Brewing in Oakland. This growth will be reflected in the company’s year-end December 31, 2022 audited financial statements, with an increase in revenue. The company is currently delivering orders to Griffon in New York, Dancing Fox in California, Dorcol Brewing in Texas and Madd Finn in Finland.

The bottom line is, BBRW is growing steadily, while proving itself to be the benchmark in quality. As the company continues to expand via the brewery arm’s partnerships and its own organic efforts, we see this equipment manufacturer being a good addition to the right investor’s portfolio.

As people continue to drink more beer and brewers continue searching out the best in ingredients and means of production, we’re looking at BBRW to be a standout.

These third party service providers are likely compensated for providing positive information about the Issuer and fail to disclose their compensation to you.
If a Profiled Issuer is an SEC reporting company, it could be delinquent (not current) in its periodic reporting obligations (i.e., in its quarterly and annual reports), or if it is an OTC Markets Pink Sheet quoted company, it may be delinquent in its Pink Sheet reporting obligations, which may result in OTC Markets posting a negative legend pertaining to the Profiled Issuer at www.otcmarkets.com, as follows: (i) “Limited Information” for companies with financial reporting problems, economic distress, or that are unwilling to file required reports with the Pink Sheets; (ii) “No Information,” which characterizes companies that are unable or unwilling to provide any disclosure to the public markets, to the SEC or the Pink Sheets; and (iii) “Caveat Emptor,” signifying buyers should be aware that there is a public interest concern associated with a company’s illegal spam campaign, questionable stock promotion, known investigation of a company’s fraudulent activity or its insiders, regulatory suspensions or disruptive corporate actions. If the Information states that a Profiled Issuer’s securities are consistent with the future economic trends or even if your independent research indicates that, you should be aware that economic trends have their own limitations, including: (a) that economic trends or predictions may be speculative; (b) consumers, producers, investors, borrowers, lenders and government may react in unforeseen ways and be affected by behavioral biases that we are unable to predict; (c) human and social factors may outweigh future economic trends that we state may or will occur; (d) clear cut economic predictions have their limitations in that they do not account for the fundamental uncertainty in economic life, as well as ordinary life; (e) economic trends may be disrupted by sudden jumps, disruptions or other factors that are not accounted for in economic trends analysis; in other words, past or present data predicting future economic trends may become irrelevant in light of new circumstances and situations in which uncertainty becomes reality rather than predicted economic outcome; or (f) if the trend predicted involves a single result, it ignores other scenarios that may be crucial to make a decision in the event of unknown contingencies.
